The role emphasizes product knowledge across categories, using the TCB app for in-store and curbside tasks, maintaining customer profiles and purchase history, participating in tastings, and contributing to a positive team environment while aligning with company culture and goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in retail or other customer facing environment
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Proficient in Office 365 and proprietary app (TCB)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
