Job Summary
PT Wine and Spirits APC Clerk assisting customers with questions and providing exceptional service; expand knowledge of wine and spirits to inform and educate guests; merchandise and maintain correct signage; stock and face shelves, coolers, and displays; manage inventory; transport merchandise from storage to sales floor; assist in other departments as needed and cashiering; cross training opportunities and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in retail with a focus on wine/spirits
- Ability to develop product knowledge and stay current
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Willingness to be cross trained in other departments if needed
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
