Job Summary
Wine Shop Sales Associate assists guests with all steps of their shopping experience including guiding them to products, loading items, educating customers about Italian wines, maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor, and using sales techniques to maximize store performance. Reports to the Wine Shop Manager and supports inventory, replenishment, and customer relationships. Requires availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule—often evenings, weekends, and holidays—and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods. Compensation ranges from $18-$21 per hour plus benefits; Eataly offers health insurance, PTO, 401K, and employee perks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of wine sales experience required
- Italian wine knowledge is preferred
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Basic computer and math skills
