Produce powerful tasting events to inspire customers to engage with and learn about products. Build rapport by guiding customers through a tailored journey of discovery, centered around education on product and loyalty benefits. Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset. Advocate for education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in a customer facing role
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry experience
- availability to work in peak customer hours
- connected to the wine community and representation at industry days/events
