Job Summary

Sell wine through in-home and private events, lead and participate in community functions and events, and generate new business by calling existing and prospective clients to set wine tastings. Represent high-quality wines from Napa Valley, Barolo, Bordeaux, and other regions, with training and ongoing support, in a performance-driven, commission-based environment. Build long-term relationships with clients, adapt to client needs, participate in charity fund raisers and networking events, and leverage events like wine tastings, boat cruises, warehouse sales, and hotel tastings to drive sales. Travel to appointments, work evenings and weekends, and enjoy selling and learning about wine. Compensation includes uncapped commission, training bonuses, lead generation opportunities, car allowance, bonuses, and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to travel to appointments
  • Must be able to work evenings & weekends
  • Must be willing to work in a commission-driven sales position
  • 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
