Job Summary
Brand Manager is responsible for setting strategic directions for the company’s Idaho wine brands, managing supplier relationships, pricing, and retail execution. This role oversees supplier management, negotiates resources to achieve performance objectives and supplier goals, and is accountable for managing pricing and profit margins to deliver targeted company performance. Key duties include understanding regulatory requirements, managing supplier agreements, budgeting for gross sales and gross profit, onboarding new suppliers and items, forecasting inventory needs, communicating priorities to internal teams, maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, identifying market trends, leading presentations to leadership, and leveraging data to support decision-making across cross-functional teams. Occasional travel within assigned markets supports supplier engagement and field execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience is considered.
