Job Summary
The Wine and Liquor Store Manager will manage and train personnel, provide in-store assistance to customers, perform inventory management, and coordinate special events. Applicants must possess a positive customer service attitude, be self-motivated, and skilled in multitasking. The role requires 1-3 years of retail experience in wine or liquor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Candidates must be comfortable with supervisory responsibilities and willing to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail wine and/or similar experience
- Positive customer service oriented attitude extremely essential
- Self motivated and ability to multi-task
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
- Be computer literate
- Be willing to move 50 pound boxes, when necessary
- Must be willing to work weekends and off hours
Desired Qualifications
- Creative and 'Out of the box' thinking
- Computer and polished writing skills are definite advantages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, any POS(point of sale) systems)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service ability
