Job Summary
Host tastings for groups of 2-20 guests, conducting the 45-minute storytelling experience, greeting attendees, taking orders for shipment, and completing admin tasks. Build ongoing relationships with guests and develop a sales pipeline to meet targets in a permanent on-site role at Kinross, Gibbston. Work a weekly roster including weekends with a minimum of 30 hours per week, earning a base hourly rate plus quarterly sales commission.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Confidence using CRM and sales systems
- A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
- This is a permanent position
