Job Summary
Manage Windows server configurations, troubleshoot outages, and execute OS updates across organization desktops and NT servers. Establish server baselines, coordinate hardware replacements, and maintain asset management records while responding to change requests and service support tickets. Provide technical guidance to developers, lead design reviews for configuration changes, and monitor tape backups. Assist with extended maintenance projects and special builds under tech lead oversight.
