Job Summary
Administer and sustain Windows server and workstation environments, including email, storage, databases, and hardware, to maximize availability. Support LAN/WAN operations in alignment with communications and information security policies, while assessing proposed operating changes for impact on network and system performance. Diagnose and resolve complex system and network performance issues using advanced analysis tools, applying logic and cost/benefit tradeoffs to select and implement solutions. Deliver customer-focused support in multi-system environments and communicate technical procedures clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. This full-time, on-site role in Northern Virginia supports a federal government client for a one-year base with four option years, starting in September/October 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
- On-site in Northern Virginia
- Full-time employment
- Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
- Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines
