Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, including patches, updates, and backups to ensure optimal uptime. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and permissions while monitoring performance, security, and authentication issues. Configure Microsoft Intune for device compliance and application deployment, and administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Support Azure infrastructure initiatives, including VMs, storage, network configurations, and role-based access controls. Troubleshoot on-premises and cloud integrations independently. This role requires 5+ years of experience and Microsoft certification, with a focus on high-quality work and proactive communication within a growth-stage tech strategy organization.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- 5+ years in Windows system administration or related roles
- Strong understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory, M365, SharePoint
- Strong understanding about On-premises and Cloud Integrations
- Proven ability manages and troubleshoots issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Proficiency in managing AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, M365/O365, Azure, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises integrations
