Job Summary
The Windows System Administrator will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Azure, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to ensure system availability, security, and performance. Responsibilities include administering AD, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, Exchange Server, and 365 services; deploying and maintaining VMware vSphere/ESXi environments; configuring Azure resources and identity services; monitoring performance; performing upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and maintaining technical documentation. Excellent English communication and collaboration with internal teams and end users are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Active Directory Administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Strong Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing user identities, permissions, and access controls
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows infrastructure services
- Understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, and system security
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
