Job Summary
Windows Technical Support for a Full-Time On-Site role with a Premier MSP. Provide general desktop, user and hardware support, proactive system maintenance including backups, and connectivity/network troubleshooting. Support Windows Operating Systems, VPN/TCP/IP/LAN networks, firewalls, printers, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, GSuite). Communicate clearly and document actions; contribute to server/network support and on-site client assistance.
