Job Summary
As a Windows Platform & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating platform management, taking ownership of the Plan–Build–Run lifecycle, designing and managing Windows-based platforms, and solving complex issues across multiple layers. Your role includes maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with clients on architecture and improvements, and executing projects such as platform migrations and new implementations. You will work in an automation-driven environment, requiring a T-shaped engineer with strong technical depth and broad system knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and High Availability Clustering.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2019/2022) and Active Directory Domain Services.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with Azure (Public Cloud) and/or Azure Stack HCI / Hyper-V.
- Configuration management tooling experience (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SCCM, Storage Spaces Direct, IDM/PAM, networking and basic Linux.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, security principles, and strong analytical skills.
