Job Summary
Join NXP as a Windows and Virtualization System Architect / SME, where you will leverage your in-depth hands-on experience with Hyper-V, VMware, and Windows operating systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential to guide technical support teams and manage infrastructure solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT architecture/SME role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and proactive prevention.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
- Analytical abilities, proficient in analyzing data and creating reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and training skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes situations.
