Job Summary
Manage Active Directory, O365, and virtual infrastructure including ESXi hosts, Windows servers, and Azure AD. Monitor alerting mechanisms, maintain inventory, and execute preventive measures for disaster recovery and business continuity. Develop operational procedures, evaluate software products like Veeam and backup solutions, and coordinate facilities services. Provide on-call support for P1 incidents and advise Business IT groups on system requirements. Ensure compliance with legal and environmental policies while optimizing SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of virtual infrastructure experience
- O365 experience
- Azure AD experience
- 4 years of IT experience
- Installing and configuring AD
- DNS management
- DHCP management
- Group Policy management
- Configuring and Managing ESXi hosts
- Creating VM's
- Keeping virtual infrastructure up to date
- Installing and configuring windows servers
- Upgrading windows servers
- Azure AD administration
- O365 administration including users, groups, and shared mailbox management
- Knowledge of patch management application Desktop Central
- Administration and configuration of Mobile device management tool Workspace ONE
- Administration and configuration of Mobile device management tool Intune
- Managing Veeam backup and replication of O365 mailboxes
- Administration of Zoom management
- Managing ASR applications
- Periodic testing of failback/ failover
- Efficiently creating reports
- Taking proactive steps to address discrepancies
- Advising and supporting Business IT Groups requirements
- Advanced English skills
- Travel availability
