Job Summary
Clean interior and exterior commercial and retail windows in facilities, using ladders and water-fed extension poles; communicate with clients about job needs; maintain and organize cleaning equipment; perform dusting, wiping, and polishing of walls, light fixtures, blinds, and ceilings as needed; follow safety procedures and attend training; operate in fast-paced environments with moderate noise; must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds; maintain a neat appearance and comply with uniform requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building window cleaning work desired
- Be able to pass criminal background requirements
- Must attend periodic training and safety meetings
- Must be able to understand and anticipate the needs of the clients
- Must be punctual
