Window Surveyor

Window Surveyor to perform detailed surveys for window and door replacement works in social housing across occupied and void properties. Responsibilities include accurate measurements and recording specifications to support manufacture and installation, ensuring compliance with FENSA regulations and current building standards, liaising with site teams, residents and client representatives, and maintaining survey data records in line with company procedures. Must have valid FENSA registration, proven Window/Door Surveyor experience, strong knowledge of social housing environments, full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
