Job Summary
Complete exterior repairs and installations for siding, soffit, fascia, and window work while maintaining quality and safety standards. Set up job sites, handle materials, and use tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Keep work areas clean, report issues or material needs, and ensure all tasks align with company procedures and building requirements. Work as part of a crew across Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Saskatchewan in various weather conditions. This role supports a team focused on long-term career development within a company serving communities since 1997.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Demonstrated ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of exterior construction systems, including siding, soffit, fascia, and window installations, or willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of job site safety practices, including PPE use, ladder safety, and fall protection requirements
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards consistently
- Basic communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to work as part of a crew in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using mobile devices for job documentation and communication
- Fall protection certification or willingness to obtain required safety certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction, exterior repairs, roofing, siding, or a related trade is an asset
