Job Summary
Lead the Service Department by coaching staff on processes, supervising technicians, and managing all incoming service requests. Coordinate screen installations with production builders, oversee 3rd party labor, and handle inventory replenishment for parts and vehicles. Act as the primary liaison between builders, vendors, and the technical team to ensure accurate, timely execution of service work and installations. Manage department operations including vehicle maintenance, job site visits, and safety compliance while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information. Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and teaching staff
- Excellent organizational skills to manage complex service requests, inventory, and vehicle maintenance
- Willingness and ability to travel to all locations and job sites as needed for training and support (up to 25% of time)
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional standing, walking, and bending
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
