Window Sales Representative

Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers, then identify needs and utilize the company's proven sales presentation to negotiate and close the sale. Attend daily sales and training meetings for coaching sessions. Requires a high school degree or equivalent, a driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 annually with a draw guarantee option, plus health, dental, 401K, and vision coverage.
