Job Summary
Pick up pre-sold products from the warehouse and transport them to customer homes for installation. Remove and collect old windows and doors for disposal, then complete new product installation including finishing trims, insulation, and caulk. Troubleshoot unforeseen field issues to avoid rescheduling, and collect final payment, surveys, and completion certificates from customers. Work full-time hours with flexible scheduling, utilizing paid on-the-job training and clear career advancement pathways. Required Qualifications
- Must have the knowledge and ability necessary for removing and installing windows and doors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have persistence and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others.
- Must be available for weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license.
