Job Summary
Assist the lead installer in mounting storm shutters, impact windows, and related systems by carrying materials, positioning products, and supporting setup and tear-down. Safely load, unload, and move supplies while following instructions for measuring, cutting, drilling, and securing components. Adhere to safety protocols by wearing helmets, gloves, and glasses, and maintain clean job sites by removing debris. Ensure installations meet quality standards and report defects to the lead installer. Interact professionally with customers when required and attend training sessions to learn new products and techniques. Requires basic tool knowledge, ability to read measurements, and physical stamina to lift heavy objects in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
