Window Install Lead

Job Summary
Lead window installation projects in a field team setting, installing home remodeling products per Mad City's standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project completion. Responsibilities include communicating with management to authorize final payments, and completing the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner. Requires 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, experience with window replacements, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and strong communication/customer-service skills. Base pay is $32.50/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
