Job Summary
Supervise a team of 8+ Window Install and Service technicians and leads, overseeing installation and service processes efficiently. Work with installers to place window products while tracking time and materials for each project. Maintain equipment, ensure safety compliance, and provide quality customer service. Manage hiring, termination, goal setting, and performance feedback for associates. Mentor new hires, engage in safety committees, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Cross-train in new technologies and building materials as required by location management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of window installation/service experience
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions
- Excellent teamwork & customer relationships
- Demonstration of leadership
- Willingness to train others
- Safety committee engagement
- Participation in US1 Continuous Improvement Projects
