Window Install and Service Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee a team of 8+ Window Install and Service technicians, including hiring, termination, goal setting, and performance feedback. Direct daily installation work by coordinating with installers to fit window products per manufacturer directions and warranty requirements. Track time and materials for each project, maintain equipment, and ensure safe operation of all tools. Provide quality customer service and mentor new associates while engaging in safety committees and continuous improvement projects. Maintain awareness of the work environment to produce error-free results. Lead the team in cross-training and learning new building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of window installation/service experience
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions
- Excellent teamwork & customer relationships
- Demonstration of leadership
- Willingness to train others
- Safety committee engagement
- Participation in US1 Continuous Improvement Projects
