Job Summary
Complete service and warranty repairs on windows and doors, diagnose and resolve installation or product-related issues, and perform occasional installations when repairs require. Communicate professionally with homeowners to provide an outstanding customer experience while representing Window World with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Document completed work and communicate service findings with the office. Requires previous window and door service or installation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license. Starting part-time (20–30 hours per week) with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
