Job Summary
Window & Door Service Technician responsible for repairing warranty products and performing window and door installations. Requires prior experience installing and repairing windows/doors, strong knowledge of building materials and tools, solid math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal directions. Responsibilities include analyzing jobsites for quality repairs, conducting performance tests on windows/doors, maintaining a safe job site, delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service, meeting timelines, adhering to the company code of conduct, addressing problems and complaints calmly, pursuing necessary training, and becoming certified for the products/areas worked on. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience installing and repairing windows and doors
- Strong knowledge of building materials and tools

- Responsible for acquiring training to repair the product safely and efficiently
- Responsible for becoming certified in the product/area that is being repaired to ensure best service
