Job Summary
Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, and greet clients to establish rapport. Remove existing window or door space, install replacements, and replace trim while following all company SOPs and PPE protocols. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This residential remodeler role includes paid training and unlimited professional growth potential. Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30 AM
- Must be willing to arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM
- Must be willing to travel to customer's home
- Must be willing to remove existing window/door space
- Must be willing to install replacement windows and exterior doors
- Must be willing to replace trim
- Must be willing to clean up thoroughly
- Must be willing to collect paperwork and payment
- Must be willing to return to warehouse after job completion
- Must be willing to provide customers with a 5-star experience
- Must be willing to follow Company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be willing to follow PPE protocol
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment screening process
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must be willing to undergo a drug screen
