Job Summary
Install and repair windows and doors on new construction projects, analyze job sites to ensure high-quality installation/repairs, perform warranty repairs, conduct window/door performance tests, and maintain a safe work environment. Provide customers with top-tier service, follow the company code of conduct, and respond to problems with patience and understanding. Obtain the necessary training to repair products safely and efficiently and become certified in the product/area to ensure excellent service. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of building materials and tools
- Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong math skills
- Ability to climb ladders up to 32'
