Job Summary
Assemble, inspect, and package window blinds, shades, and related components while operating basic machinery and following production specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools and light equipment, ensuring all finished products meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to workplace safety guidelines and wearing required protective equipment. Work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting to meet daily production targets and quotas. Lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements with physical stamina. On-the-job training is provided for this role within a window blinds manufacturing environment.
