Job Summary
Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and glass doors, often at height, while performing gutter cleaning, light pressure washing, and related exterior services. Operate ladders, lifts, and equipment safely to complete daily routes efficiently, maintaining a clean work vehicle, tools, and uniform. Provide friendly, professional service at every job site while working independently and as part of a team. During the holidays, hang lights and festive decorations. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort working outdoors and at heights. Sparkle Squad serves homes, senior living communities, restaurants, and commercial properties across Maryland.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move equipment safely
- Must be available for weekend shifts
