Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter maintenance, and exterior house washing using ladders, water-fed poles, and professional equipment. Inspect your own work to ensure it meets company standards, keep vehicles and tools organized, and communicate professionally with customers. Anticipate job needs independently rather than waiting for direction, participate in ongoing training, and help teammates complete tasks safely. Maintain a clean, organized work area and treat all property with respect. Full-time and part-time daytime hours (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with overtime available during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- 21 years old
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable transportation to work
- Ability to work professionally in and around customers' homes and businesses
