Job Summary
Conduct professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior house washing services at residential and commercial properties throughout Minnesota's west metro. Safely operate ladders, water-fed poles, and specialized equipment while inspecting your own work to ensure it meets company standards. Maintain a clean, organized truck and tool inventory, communicate professionally with customers, and anticipate job needs without constant direction. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Full-time and part-time roles available with daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including overtime during peak season. Valid driver's license, age 21, and comfort working outdoors at heights required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- 21 years old
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable transportation to work
- Ability to work professionally in and around customers' homes and businesses
