Window Cleaning Technician

Meet with the team daily to review the day's game plan, then drive in a provided vehicle with another team member to customer homes or businesses. Perform window cleaning services specific to each customer's needs while meeting clients to ensure expectations are met on the job. End the day by recapping activities back at the Shine office. This entry-level role requires no prior experience; paid training covers all necessary skills. You must be comfortable working outside, able to lift up to 30 pounds, and not afraid of heights.
