Job Summary
Perform commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services while operating equipment safely. Maintain tools and vehicles in clean working condition, follow safety procedures, and communicate professionally with customers and team members. Identify sales opportunities on-site and complete assigned work efficiently. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 a.m. until complete, with base pay starting at $17.75/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Paid training is provided for dependable candidates with a valid California driver's license and clean driving record. Full-time employees receive medical insurance, and the position includes an opportunity for advancement.
