Job Summary
Perform commercial and exterior cleaning services, including residential windows and pressure washing, while operating equipment safely. Maintain tools and vehicles in clean working condition, strictly following safety procedures and job-site expectations. Communicate professionally with customers and team members, identifying potential sales opportunities during on-site work. Work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete, with occasional weekend opportunities, in varying San Diego weather conditions. No experience required; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle's insurance requirements
- Reliable personable vehicle
- Current automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditions
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
