Job Summary
Conduct exterior window cleaning using brushes, sponges, wet cloths, or high-pressure equipment on assigned building surfaces. Operate Rope Descent Systems or scaffolding to reach windows up to 500 feet, or use extension poles and ladders for lower stories. Apply and dry glass with mild abrasive chemically based solutions while lifting and carrying approximately 50 pounds of equipment. Work at heights and in all seasons, standing or walking for up to two hours at a time. Requires a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and availability for overtime, weekends, or night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Availability, if needed, for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Lift and carry ~50 pounds regularly and repeatedly throughout the workday
- Work at heights of up to 500 feet
- Wear latex gloves or other protective clothing/equipment
- Stand or walk for up to two hours at a time
- Repetitively stoop, kneel, climb, and reach
- Work outside in all seasons
