Job Summary
Conduct exterior window cleaning using rope descent systems, scaffolding, or extension poles up to 500 feet, while operating high-pressure equipment and managing watered poles for third and fourth-floor access. Set up ladders for second and third-story windows and apply mildly abrasive chemically based solutions such as chlorine and ammonia. Lift and carry approximately 50 pounds regularly, navigate fixed ladders and flights of stairs, and stand or walk for up to two hours while wearing protective gloves. Perform duties in all seasons, including occasional weekend or night work, requiring a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Availability, if needed, for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
- Lift and carry ~50 pounds regularly and repeatedly throughout the workday
- Work at heights of up to 500 feet
- Stand or walk for up to two hours at a time
- Repetitively stoop, kneel, climb, and reach
- Work outside in all seasons
