Window Cleaning & Exterior Maintenance Technician

Perform exterior power washing on sidewalks, driveways, and building surfaces, and clean residential and commercial windows to a streak-free finish. Set up and operate pressure washing equipment safely while removing dirt, grime, mold, and debris from surfaces. Inspect work areas to ensure high-quality results and maintain equipment by reporting any issues. Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning techniques throughout the shift. The role requires a dependable candidate with consistent attendance, strong attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors on their feet. No experience is needed; training is provided for those willing to learn. Schedule options include M-F or weekends, with availability between 9am and 5pm.
