Window and Door Repair or Replacement Install Helper

Assist lead installers with restoration and installation projects on residential and light commercial job sites by preparing work areas, loading and unloading tools and materials, and supporting crew repairs or replacements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols and communicating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Perform physical labor including lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods. No prior experience required; willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. Valid driver's license preferred.
