Accurately cut and fit materials to ensure a clean, precise finish while demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail. Communicate clearly with homeowners to maintain a positive customer experience and represent Southern Industries professionally on every jobsite. Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections, ensuring timely project completion and reporting any delays promptly. Maintain a safe work environment, lift up to 100 lbs., and work at heights as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to climb ladders

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to problem-solve on the jobsite
- Willingness to comply with background checks
