Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Milgard window and door products at customer homes and job sites while assisting with installations, repairs, and part replacements. Pick up, deliver, and manage inventory of service parts, inspecting incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate service documentation using iPads and company software, review schedules, update work orders, and complete service reports promptly. Safely operate hand and power tools, collaborate on complex projects, and keep service vehicles and job sites clean and restored. Support warehouse operations including unloading deliveries. Requires previous window and door service experience, valid driver's license, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Monday-Friday schedule starting at $32.00/hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous window and door installation and/or service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing service experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
- Comfortable using mobile devices, computers, and software applications for scheduling, documentation, and training
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and other basic computer applications
