Winding Operator (线圈装配工)

Job Summary
Engaged in coil winding work, including material, tooling equipment, document preparation, wire and insulation installation, head production, compression and protection. Adheres to safety regulations, maintains quality self-checks and records, handles common quality issues and reports anomalies promptly. Ensures proper use of equipment and tools, completes daily maintenance and repairs faulty equipment, and maintains a clean and orderly work area (5S). Demonstrates strong responsibility, initiative, and teamwork, with the ability to work across a three-shift schedule and holidays. Qualified candidates possess at least junior college level education or above and have knowledge of mechanical drawings; candidates should be meticulous, innovative, and motivated for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Junior college degree or above
- knowledge and ability in mechanical drawing (mechanical image reading)
- strong sense of responsibility, initiative and fast learning ability
- good task execution, communication and teamwork
- capable of working the three-shift schedule and holidays
- good health with no contraindications for the work
