Job Summary
Load cores and journals on take-up equipment, then web, pull, and maintain resin material to produce quality film onto rolls. Inspect rolls before production starts and continuously check line quality, documenting all inspections. Cut lines that have lost air or poor quality, remove finished rolls from downed lines, and properly label, package, and stage output. Weigh scrap tubs, record weights, and send materials for recycling. Follow all JSA's, safety procedures, and policies, ensuring safety guards are functional. Shifts run 6:50 AM to 7 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
- Work overtime as required
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
- The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
