Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in the wind industry
- Experience in composite repairs
- Ability to read complex technical drawings
- Wind Technician Certificate Required (Tower Rescue, CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA 10, Competent Climber, confined space, working in heights, NFPA 70)
- Certified IRATA preferred
- Certified Composite Technician certificate preferred
