Job Summary
Perform regular preventative maintenance and repair on wind turbine power generation equipment, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting of components like relays, motors, and gear drives. Execute field-based diagnostics, maintain company-supplied tooling, and operate provided tablets to monitor SCADA systems and service logs. Interpret fault reports, manage training schedules, and collaborate with internal users to develop solutions for maintenance and financial performance. Work outdoors at heights up to 300 feet while adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations. This role supports the site manager in safety and environmental reporting and participates in Lean Six Sigma processes.

- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet
- Post-Offer Functional Capacity Eval
