Job Summary
Wind Engineering Finance Manager responsible for day-to-day management of the engineering budget (~$300-$400M across Wind programs), overseeing purchase orders and payments, budgeting, forecasting, and ledger close, and building engineering cost estimates for new program investments. Responsibilities include leading month-end/quarter-end closing, tracking spend vs. forecast, analyzing variances, developing detailed financial models to allocate headcount and cost drivers across engineering programs, and partnering with Engineering Operations and Product Management to standardize investment assumptions and drive process improvements across people, processes, and systems. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership teams, and knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) are required.
