Wind Blade Repair Deployment Leader

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the global deployment of blade repair technologies and tooling for Wind Services OM&U, including validation of tooling and processes, development of training curricula and global training delivery, and execution of cost/benefit aligned deployment plans. Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement (Kaizens, PSRs, new standards) across regional operations, provide technical direction during off-hour remote and on-site support, and manage procurement/logistics/spare parts, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Requires 50% international travel, English fluency, and a Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent wind-industry experience with a high school diploma). Relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university/college (OR High School Diploma / GED with relevant Wind industry experience)
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time (international travel)
- Blade Repair Engineering experience
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Project coordination / Change Management / Influencing / Leadership
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Proactive self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
