Winch Truck Driver

Job Summary
The Winch Truck Driver is responsible for driving and operating a Winch Truck to load and transport oil field servicing or drilling equipment. Essential duties include mechanically loading/unloading equipment, maintaining communication with dispatch, keeping travel logs, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations. The driver must have a valid Class A CDL, good driving record, and the ability to operate vehicles safely. Pre-employment screenings such as background checks and drug tests are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Must be flexible to meet scheduling requirements
- Must be able to travel and cross state lines
- Must have the ability to effectively operate a variety of vehicles safely and work reliably both independently and in a team setting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the energy services industry preferred
- High level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Additional Requirements
- Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings, background, drug screening, Urine, DOT Alcohol, Hair Follicle and Physical.
